1. Introduction

KROHNE’s xFC300 Toolbox allows us to analyse the process and record its findings, without interfering with the measurement or performance of the meter.

Recording is done directly to a PC via the USB GDC Adaptor.

The value of the GDC tools appears greatly in cases where we need to analyse the process and confirm a correct sensor performance.

The communication is done simply by connecting the tool to the special port in the converter and from the other side to computer with direct USB cable.

The recorded data can be presented in a graph format using your chosen parameters. Process data can then be analysed and any changes easily identified.

2. GDC TOOLS characteristics

  1. Data recording
  2. Verification of correct sensor performance
  3. Analysis of process
  4. Configuration of factory settings
  5. Up to 4 measurement and / or diagnostic values may be displayed on a graph simultaneously.
  6. All values can be exported into an Excel file for further process analysis and diagnosis
  7. Can be used for an unlimited time
  8. All measurement and diagnostic values can be saved and analysed off-line at a later date.
